She has a strong foundation in strategic content planning, campaign development, and social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram + LinkedIn). With experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, Chelsea is skilled in managing print and digital marketing initiatives, building and executing marketing calendars, creating on-brand content across channels, and running Google Ads campaigns.
Before joining Dittoe PR, Chelsea was the Director of Marketing at a Midwest-based agriculture and lawn + garden distributor, where she led marketing strategy, brand development, and event planning efforts. She shares that event marketing is a favorite of hers, as it blends creative storytelling with real-time audience engagement.
Outside of work, Chelsea can be found chasing her two toddlers around and traveling with her family. She’s very active, having played tennis at Franklin College and recently teaching Pure Barre classes. She also serves on the board for the Imagination Library of Johnson County, helping get free books into the hands of local children, and somehow does it all without ever having tried a sip of coffee in her life.
