The Indiana Chamber of Commerce just released its annual list of the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” for 2022—and Dittoe PR was recognized among 125 businesses representing more than 35 cities and towns throughout the state! Ranked in the “Small Companies” category, Dittoe PR’s culture is rooted in offering growth opportunities, supporting team members, exceeding expectations, and creating positive outcomes in and out of the workplace.
This was our first time entering the “Best Places to Work in Indiana” program, and we are beyond proud of the achievement. It takes the investment of an entire organization to build a great place to work, and we are fortunate to have a team that upholds our core values every day.

But we know we aren’t perfect, and strides will always need to be made. Following employee feedback, we made changes in early 2022 that include the additions of agency-wide Mental Health Days, more team lunches and team-building events, and greater flexibility for new parents.
The workforce today is changing, and Dittoe PR must grow alongside it. This will continue to be a focus for our team. We are committed to adjusting, so we continue to be one of the best places to work – in Indiana and beyond. We aren’t the same company we were even one year ago, and we won’t be the same company one year from today. We will shift where needed to ensure our team is happy and thriving in a career that can be very demanding.
