It has been an exciting week for our team! On Wednesday, May 11, Dittoe PR was named to PR Daily’s Top Agencies List for 2022. Then on Thursday, May 12, Dittoe PR was ranked as the #25 Best Place to Work in Indiana in the Small Company category. Neither of these accolades would have been possible without our stellar, dedicated team, and we’re so proud of the work we’ve done. Learn more about our recent awards below.
PR Daily’s Top Agencies
PR Daily’s Top Agencies Awards celebrates the agencies who create compelling work for their clients and have redefined the field with their groundbreaking campaigns. Dittoe PR was chosen from a wide pool of entries to receive recognition for our overall agency and for campaigns like Not Another Second, Atlas Van Lines Migration Patterns Study and the 2021 NCAA Final Four.
With our laser focus on media relations and social media management, Dittoe PR carved out a strong place among boutique agencies this year. Throughout 2021, our annual revenue increased by 19%, we added 28 new clients to our roster and maintained a 95% or higher client retention rate every quarter. We also grew our staff by 20% in 2021 – and we’ve since kept growing!

2022 Best Places to Work in Indiana
Each year, the Indiana Chamber of Commerce identifies the Best Places to Work in Indiana through employer reports and comprehensive employee surveys. A total of 125 Hoosier businesses were named to the Best Places to Work 2022 list, including Dittoe PR in the Small Company category.
The rankings were revealed at an event on May 12. Dittoe PR was ranked #25 in the Small Company category out of 53 honorees. Among surveys from our employees, work perks like our annual Wheel of Celebration for employee anniversaries and flexible WFH schedule (including working from home for a full year for new parents following maternity/paternity leave) received a special shout-out at the event.

To say we’re thrilled by these awards would be an understatement.
