Indianapolis-based agency received honorable mention for work on Employ Inc.’s 2021 Recruiter Nation Report Launch
Dittoe Public Relations, a national public relations and social media agency, has been recognized by Ragan’s Media Relations Awards, the premier program for recognizing the best media relations campaigns, events and initiatives from the previous year. Dittoe PR received an Honorable Mention in the “Data-Driven Media Relations Campaign” category for work on Employ Inc.’s 2021 Recruiter Nation Report Launch.

As organizations increasingly turn to opinion- and market-based research to generate data, there are new avenues to uncover findings that support storytelling opportunities, drive brand awareness, and educate target audiences. Dittoe PR collaborated with client Jobvite, a brand under parent company Employ Inc., to develop two annual brand-sponsored and data-driven reports: Job Seeker Nation and Recruiter Nation. Dittoe PR leveraged the reports to generate top-tier and influential media coverage, while Jobvite/Employ used them for sales and marketing.
Dittoe PR worked directly with Zogby Analytics to develop the questionnaire for respondents and draft the full final report before conducting all media relations efforts based on the report’s results. The media relations efforts for the 2021 Recruiter Nation Report were not only successful, but they were also impactful in driving lead generation for the client, a primary goal for the campaign. Notable results include:
