‘Tis the season to be jolly! If you’re looking for ways to give back this holiday season, Indianapolis has plenty of opportunities to check out. Here are a few:

December 3, 7 p.m.
Get your giving started early by attending the Holiday Ugly Sweater Party at Northside Knights of Columbus tonight at 7 p.m. This fund-raising event benefits the Paul Fangman, Jr. Foundation to improve the quality of life for those with MS.

December 4, 9 a.m.
Still need to decorate the house? Head over to Sullivan Hardware at 6955 North Keystone Avenue for the Salvation Army Christmas Tree Fundraiser tomorrow from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and get your tree! For every foot on the tree, they will donate $1 to the Salvation Army.

December 9, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
What could be better than giving the gift of life? The Indianapolis Colts’ Bleed Blue Blood Drive at Lucas Oil Stadium takes place December 9 and all participants receive a limited edition Gary Bracket Football and autograph.

December 11, 9 a.m.
St. Nick may be big & jolly, but that doesn’t mean we have to be! Get some exercise and benefit a good cause by heading out to The Jingle Bell Run and Walk on December 11. Proceeds go to the Arthritis Foundation. It will be at Conseco Fieldhouse.

December 12, 2 p.m.
A classic movie title is now an Indianapolis fundraiser. ‘McMiracle on 38th Street’ at the Indiana State Fairgrounds is an event to support Indianapolis families. It will be held in the Champions Pavilion.

December 18, 8 a.m.
For the kids, head over to the Indiana State Fairgrounds for the Toys for Tots Program sponsored by the YMCA and the US Marine Reserve Corps. It will be held in the Champion Pavilion from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
