Call-Em-All Tapped by UMass to Contact EMTs‘s Brendan B. Read writes about how the University of Massachusetts-Lowell (UMass-Lowell) uses Call-Em-All‘s automated messaging services to save time contacting EMTs in cases of emergencies.

UMass-Lowell provides 24-hour emergency medical services to the students, faculty and staff as well as the surrounding community with a team of approximately 25 EMTs. They needed a way to reduce the time needed to contact its EMTs – enter Call-Em-All!
